Business Lessons from Queen Elizabeth

I love the Royals and I've have learned loads of business lessons from Queen Elizabeth. Here are some of them.

“It's absolutely expected that in time you will hire a team. You will hire out for the things you need. You will have somebody else take care of this and have somebody else take care of that, and you will manage those people. That's how you scale a business.”

-Bonnie L. Frank

Today's episode is all about the business lessons I learned from Queen Elizabeth. If you know me, you know I love the Royal Family. I love all the rules and protocols they have to follow. As I discussed in episode 84, I really do think you can find business lessons all around you. Leadership comes in all forms and in this episode I share some of the strategies I have learned from  Queen Elizabeth and how she makes her professional life more manageable. They are great business lessons that we can apply to our own lives. This will be a particularly interesting episode if you are a solopreneur.  If you are a fan of the Royals, you will love this episode and, even if you aren’t, it's is a great peek into a fascinating  life.
